If there is a need for more, or a possibility to return materials, the opportunity is available. Custom items such as cabinetry, tile, plumbing fixtures, specialty flooring, and custom materials often have lead times. Finalizing these selections early helps prevent construction delays, maintain your projected timeline, reduce change orders, and potentially keep costs predictable. We’ll help prioritize what needs attention first.
