Position Summary
The Construction Support Pro is an entry-level field position that supports all phases of residential construction. This team member works under the guidance of skilled carpenters and foremen to assist with site prep, material handling, installation tasks, and cleanup. While prior experience is helpful, a willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a team is most important. This role offers a path to grow into more skilled positions within the company by gaining hands-on experience across framing, drywall, painting, finish work, and basic mechanical systems.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition, layout, framing, insulation, and material staging
- Hang drywall, tape seams, and prep for painting
- Prime and paint walls, trim, and exteriors with supervision
- Install flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile) and trim under direction
- Support light plumbing and electrical tasks (e.g., pulling wire, gluing PVC) when needed
- Load/unload trucks and trailers at the start and end of each day
- Clean up job sites daily—sweep, remove debris, organize tools
- Prep materials and tools for upcoming work phases
- Follow plans and verbal instructions from senior crew members
- Use all tools properly and return them clean and in working order
- Keep work areas organized, hazard-free, and respectful of the client’s property
- Only operate company vehicles with explicit permission and treat them with care
- Immediately report damaged tools, safety concerns, or jobsite issues to the Owner
- Arrive on time, ready to work, with a positive and respectful attitude
- Follow direction closely and ask questions when unsure
- Show a willingness to help others and contribute to a team-first culture

- Regularly check and update project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) to track tasks, flag issues, and share progress
- Notify the General Contractor or Owner immediately if platform entries are missing, inaccurate, or unclear
