Position Summary
The Build Technician is a skilled, production-focused tradesperson responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship across multiple phases of construction. Perform foundational residential carpentry tasks including basic framing, material handling, measuring, cutting, and installation of standard construction components. Work comfortably in diverse construction settings—including interior and exterior locations, ladders and elevated platforms, and changing site conditions—while adhering to safety protocols and project instructions.

- Perform intermediate-to-advanced carpentry tasks.
- Execute tasks efficiently and minimize material waste.
- Interpret drawings and measurements accurately.
- Support Build Flow Manager with layout, materials, and tools.
Field & Equipment Expectations
- Maintain clean and safe personal work areas.
- Correct hazards immediately and report repair needs.
- Maintain and transport equipment trailers, materials and tools.
- Assist with tool accountability, proper use and specialty equipment functionality.
Team & Culture Expectations

- Complete all tasks without direct supervision.
- Mentor the Construction Support Pro.
