While not responsible for full project oversight like a General Contractor or Site Execution Specialist , this position plays a critical bridge role: translating plans into precise builds, identifying on-site issues early, and ensuring daily productivity through skilled execution and trade versatility.
This role requires extensive field experience in framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices, along with functional knowledge of related trades such as electrical, plumbing, drywall, siding, painting, and roofing.
